Cody Nadeau was called to my house twice in the last week and both visits were great! He was early both times and called ahead to make sure that was okay. Upon arrival, he greeted me warmly and shook my hand (introducing himself the first time), and got straight to the inspection. As I observed, he proceeded to detail exactly what he was doing and why. When I asked a question, he answered sincerely without hesitation. Not only that, but when there was nothing to say regarding the job at hand, we bantered and got to know each other a little better.
Excellent service, very professional staff and they did a great job on the house plumbing. Debugged the problem in a short time and fully fixed all the needed plumbing in the house in a reasonable amount of time. Nate the Plumber was able to describe each problem and promptly fix them.
