We brought in a cat for emergency treatment. We were told it was an extra $90 - that's okay if we get EMERGENCY service. No one did triage. They just stuck us in a room then took care of two other customers before us. We were getting ready to go elsewhere. The vet finally appeared, he had a huge attitude because we took too long to explain what was wrong. He shoved the cat back in the carrier and shut the door hard on his face. If the vet didn't like us, HE SHOULD NEVER TAKE IT OUT ON THE PET. THE PET IS DEFENSELESS. He has some MENTAL PROBLEMS to do that to a pet.
Dr. Winning and his staff have been our veterinary doctors for two decades. He's seen to our four legged family members, horses to hamsters from birth to paradise and every time, amazes me with their genuine compassion and care.
Been going to Dr.Winning for years with my two dogs. He's s straight-shooter. Never tried to upsell things we don't need and is willing to write a script for filling elsewhere.
